Session 1 - An Unfortunate Introduction
Summary
16 April, 1896
The party of Adventurers were summoned to an address within the side streets of Central London - an unassuming building with a rune-inscribed door. All arrived at different times, and after some sneaking and suspicion, all eventually made it inside Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's study.
After a brief introduction, the event was interrupted first by a chimera, spawned by a random Pontus event. The party quickly dispatched the monstrosity, only to hear violent poundings at the door. Several black-clad Japanese yakuza had breached the entry.
When Kir entered the room, the minions began hacking at the busts of Aristotle and Plato, and when the leader spoke to Kaida in Japanese, Edgar decided to pre-emptively shoot at him. The leader was too quick, and counterattacked in self-defense, then called out the door to apparent allies. Our intrepid “heroes” decided to flee through a secret exit once they smelled smoke and realized their aggressive actions had resulted in an unfortunate predicament…
