Djinn Monka is the colony representative from Ecology Enterprises. He is a shrewd investor and philanthropist, and helped Vreck escape from the Imperial occupation of his homeworld.

SoFa has sided with him on many votes and meetings.

Djinn also alerted SoFa to the ECC's suspicious fuel gathering activity but has been sick for the last month along with SoFa representative Ojib.
