Boba's Junk shop is the staple place to buy used and old parts. It has been very successful due to his outrageously low prices. If you need parts in a pinch I'd go here.

Sachel Paige claims that Boba's junk shop only has junk but she is in competition with him so I wouldn't trust her word completely.
