It was a lot of waiting, waiting would basically be the name of the month. Waiting for our Jumpmaster to be repaired. Waiting as I spent hours flying the ship through a whole lot of space mess to get to nearby moons. Waiting as we scanned the searched moons for a supposed pirate base. Waiting on the return trip. Waiting much longer than necessary to get a navigational droid, but that was it the moment it was done I was gone again to search for the pirate base, right, after, another long flight; of basically waiting. At least the droid (whose name is Ares) seems to be quite the spirit, and should be able to fit with the group fairly well. But for one moon, Ares had completed a quick scan of one hour (clearly understanding the importance of not waiting) finding a pirate base on whatever-moon-we-were-next-to, and was able to alert me of some defence firing at our ship! Fortunately for us the gunner had no idea what a ship looked like compared to a cluster of stars, and didn’t hit us as we stood still! However he probably would be replaced fairly quickly, and another ship was coming out from the base to engage us, so I had to take a quick flight home and leave them all back there for a future invasion. After some more understandable waiting, Mr. Lucre made a plan of how we would attack the pirate base, and after some modifying, gathering, and flying, we were able to make it to the pirate base well prepared and ready to sneakily blow it up! Mr. Lucre managed to make us fit right in, and was able to keep the attention on himself, while he made sure me and Mr. Nadar could offload our explosives to key parts of the base, with no help of any sort of base map from Mr. Takuc. But before I was to come to aid of Mr. Lucre in trying to free captured ECC members, I was alerted that he already freed them himself and needed a way to get out! So much for protecting him, now I just needed to get him out of the terrible danger he was in. Planting explosives to free up a side entrance, and then proceeding to blow them up, we were able to get out, except that before all the chaos that naturally ensued from fiery explosions, a massive skyscraper of a ship had landed and had smashed our incognito ship! We took their speeders to get us away from the base to our hidden Jumpmaster, but it was pointed out to us that Adi was still at the base. Mr. Takuc created a device to find her and me and Mr. Nadar went back to get her. We found her at the foot of the skyscraper ship, getting in through the front entrance, as the clear leader of the ship was walking down into the chaos. I tried to tell her to get out, but the caped platform walker turned her attention, probably to Adi who wasn’t being nearly quiet enough. Mr. Nadar took a shot at her, but unfortunately it was blocked by a doomed guard and she escaped with her ship, and Adi. Successful attack, but Adi was gone!
