- (Kyle) Bacon, eggs, fruit (someone else might want to bring some bread if so desired).

- chicken & coconut rice
- chicken breast, rice, coconut milk, sweetener (Kyle - is coconut sugar okay? I'll give honey a shot if not) -The other ingredients are great, but let's go with honey.

Kyle - Can you post here what your dietary restrictions are? And maybe what ingredients we need to watch for? - Most important: no gluten or processed sugar (honey is fine); corn is out (maybe limited amounts of fresh corn, no processed corn syrup etc), dairy (though goat/sheep cheese is okay in small amounts), yeast or mushrooms. Almost everything that is processed is probably bad because they tend to include gluten/glucose/modified corn crap/cane sugar.
So, good = meat, fruit & vegetables, rice, oils, nuts/seeds, spices. Right now real vinegar is okay, not sure if I have to go on antibiotics yet - I'll update after my appointment this week. If anyone's not sure, just send me ingredients. This is my life. :0
I put a set of ideas of for suppers, along with basic ingredients – I'm glad to do those again, unless of course someone else would rather! - R
