And maybe what ingredients we need to watch for?// - Most important: no gluten or processed sugar (honey is fine); corn is out (maybe limited amounts of fresh corn, no processed corn syrup etc), dairy (though goat/sheep cheese is okay in small amounts), yeast or mushrooms. Almost everything that is processed is probably bad because they tend to include gluten/glucose/modified corn crap/cane sugar. So, good = meat, fruit & vegetables, rice, oils, nuts/seeds, spices. Right now real vinegar is okay, not sure if I have to go on antibiotics yet - I'll update after my appointment this week. If anyone's not sure, just send me ingredients.
