Your recent achievements have garnered the respect and appreciation of High Command. Congratulations - you have each achieved a new official rank in the Alliance.

Military Division

General Marsand - Leader of tactical and military operations in the Balmorran sector. Responsible for planning in conjunction with Commander Swift, and in charge of troop deployment.

Major Stormflight - Officer responsible for training of new recruits and second in command in the Balmorran military structure.

Sergeant Ryo - Tasked to form a cavalry division on Balmorra, and assists Major Stormflight in training of new recruits.

Civilian Division

System Commander Swift - Civilian coordinator of all political rebel activity in the Balmorran System. Re-establish the secret Balmorran Base and stabilize the resistance. Aim to re-establish positions in system politics. Due to your unique abilities, you hold a parallel military rank of General.

Secretary Nenko - Civilian second in command to Commander Swift, responsible for resource acquisition and management. Focus on establishing sustainable income and managing the local treasury.

Assistant Secretary Merlyn - Civilian assistant to Secretary Nenko, responsible for business connections and developing trade networks and income.

Commander Swift has indicated his desire to return to Balmorra to continue the insurgency there, and the Alliance High Command affirms this strategy. Resources have been allocated to promote the establishment of a permanent official base of operations. Along with a squad of new recruits, you have been allocated a new flight group of 4 B-Wing starfighters. Their ion cannons should prove useful for capturing Imperial convoys in the system, and will already be available for your next mission.

Alliance Intelligence has recently discovered that a group of high tech business leaders are meeting on board The Balmorran Star, a luxury cruise liner currently travelling to Zeltros. Rendezvous with the Balmorran Star at Zeltros and take passage on the ship for its return to Balmorra. We do not have names, only brief holos.

Al'dira, as the newest member of your crew and stranger to Balmorra, will be posing as Comtesse du Havrier, a very wealthy venture capitalist; travel documents are provided. The crew will be part of her entourage.

General Marsand will be the Comtesse's chief of security; Secretary Nenko will appropriately be her secretary-treasurer and chief negotiator. Sergeant Ryo and Rashal will be her nephew and niece. Gain the confidence of the targeted individuals to gather intel, and if the opportunity presents itself try to infiltrate any business meetings.

As Commander Swift and General Stormflight are HIGHLY recognizable by Balmorran authorities, they will trail as close as possible as backup a few lightyears behind. We have the Balmorran Star's flightplan available. The infiltrators will have access to a hypertransceiver, which will need to be smuggled on board in pieces and then assembled in a secure location in case of emergency.

Primary: Discover the nature of the project, full profiles for those involved. Steal or duplicate any blueprints or relevant data for our scientists.

Secondary objective: Reports suggest Governor Varentari himself is involved in these meetings. Eliminate him covertly; he is a strong tactical leader, respected among the Imperial leadership, and the assistant governor may be more malleable and is not as capable as Varentari. It must appear to be natural or an accident to avoid serious Imperial investigations.

Bonus objective: Convert the leaders of this mystery project to the Alliance if possible and at your discretion. Do not take unnecessary risks.
