74-Zc Speeder

This was clearly a non-military version of the standard 74-Z speeder bike; it was formerly used by the Balmorran police service before the Empire declared a military state and took control of all of Balmorra's governmental assets. A second speeder should come in handy, especially one as common as the 74-Zc.
