A Human mechanic who sabotaged the Avaron II and attempted to blow up the Avaron fleet fuel ship with mouse droid agents. 

Jaleel was taken before the council but before he could be interrogated he was shot with a poisoned dart. With quick medical care by Arron and herbs brought by Vreck Jaleel was stabilized and sent to the hospital. 

Four months later Jaleel was spotted on a ECC fuel reclamation vessel. When SoFa brought that information to the council they responded that Jaleel was on parole and was in custody of the ECC.

He is in cahoots with some pirates who seem to be connected to the Gorensla Kajidic.
